Surcharge Policy
ONRIDE transparently discloses all applicable fees so you can ride with total peace of mind.
Out-of-station return fee
To keep our network organized, bikes should be returned to designated Onride stations. An out-of-station fee of 20,000 VND applies if returned outside designated zones. You can check the nearest station on the app map before ending your trip.
Reservation / Hold fee
You can reserve a bike for up to 15 minutes free of charge. After this period, a hold fee of 500 VND/minute applies until the trip begins. This fee is refunded if you unlock the bike within 5 minutes.
Low battery return fee
If you return a bike with battery below 15%, Onride encourages returning it to a charging station and rewards bonus points. Returning at a non-charging point with critically low battery may incur a 10,000 VND retrieval fee.
Restricted zone penalty
Certain zones are restricted by urban regulations (pedestrian streets, vehicle-prohibited areas). Bringing or returning bikes in marked red zones incurs a 50,000 VND processing surcharge per occurrence.
Other incident fees
Incidental costs resulting from vehicle damage, loss of accessories, or requiring on-site technical support will be calculated based on published service regulations.
